Actor and presenter Ceallach Spellman is the host of Radio 1’s Sunday afternoon show and has previously presented ITV’s ‘The Voice UK’ and ‘The Voice Kids UK’ spinoff show ‘The V Room’. In 2017, Cel began appearing in the much-anticipated return of the cult ITV show, 'Cold Feet'!

He first appeared on our TV screens in 2003 when he starred as Tom Lewis in the ITV1 crime drama Blue Murder. His next main role came in the form of Malky McConnell in The Cup (BBC1) before he moved on to series six and seven of Waterloo Road (BBC1), with series six winning the Best Drama Award at the National Television Awards in 2011.  Ceallach has also worked on ITV1’s drama Homefront and in 2014 starred in Channel 4’s controversial drama Cucumber by Russell T Davies.

Having grown up as part of the CBBC family, Cel is often seen as one of the faces of CBBC and was part of the Friday Download presenting line-up for a whopping eight series!  Other television credits include Casualty, Holby City, Coronation Street, This is Jinsy, Jedward’s Big Adventure and CBBC’s All Over The Place.
